When I came across the statement above, I stood still for a moment, and a silence I couldn’t explain arose within me for a while. After that, I started reflecting on how things come together effortlessly when we first seek the kingdom of God, and yet we do exactly the opposite. I knew it was no coincidence that a statement like that had to pop up in my news feed; it was a message to remind me that things would only happen if I put God first in everything I do. With that said, I sincerely hope this truth sinks within your soul and allow God to be at the center of everything you planned for this year.   They say show me your friend s and I will tell you who you are , right? That statement may be so true, due to the way we show up and take up space. So, with that said, what type of friends are you keeping in your life? Do they stick around on your worse and broke days? Or are they just friends when all is well? Those were some of the questions I had to ask myself to get to that one person that I highly consider as a true friend. Friends play a very important role in our lives , but you will never know who is that friend playing the important role in your life, u ntil you speak certain things from the depth of your being to the ir hearing, for you to know who is for you as a real friend.
